Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened covers sold and fulfilled by Brandguard Vents within 90 days of delivery, according to the following rules.


Any item returned after 90 days cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We do not refund
any shipping cost, this also applies whether you are exchanging or returning. The
cost of return shipping has to be handled by you or will be deducted from your
refund.


Items that are returned in their original condition are subject to the following
rules:
- Any item in original condition that is returned within 30 days after delivery:
refund less a restocking fee of 30%.


- Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days but less
than 89 days after delivery: store credit less a restocking fee of 50%.
The store credit is valid for a 12 months period upon issuance.


- Any item in original condition that is returned more than 90 days after
delivery: Will not be accepted and will not be refunded.


- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts for reasons not due to our error: Will not be accepted and will not
be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@brandguardvents.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Any item in original condition that is returned more than 90 days after delivery will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: Will not be accepted and will not be refunded.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
